- Volume discountsDiscount steps apply by order value and are set out in the price list. Seasonal terms are agreed per account.
Buying to order
Pieces we don't carry
Describe the article — model, size, colour, season, archive or current — and we search, buy and deliver it, as a batch or as a single piece. We report back on what is realistically available and at what price before anything is committed. We don't promise to find every request.
- Search and quoteWe come back with options, condition, price and lead time. Typical search window is 2–6 weeks.
- Purchase and deliveryOnce you approve the quote, we buy the piece and ship it with the order documents.

Who can open a trade account?
Registered businesses only: boutiques, multi-brand stores, showrooms and working stylists. We ask for the company registration number, VAT number where applicable, and trading address. This site is not intended for consumers.
What is the minimum order?
From 5 units per style in leather and outerwear, from 10–15 in tailoring, knitwear, footwear and accessories, or from £3,000 ex. VAT across a mixed order. The crocodile leather jacket and comparable articles are supplied from a single unit.
How are sizes supplied?
You choose the split inside a style — there are no forced size packs. Clothing runs XS–XXL, footwear 39–46 and 35–41. The exact run per article is listed in the price list.
What are the lead times?
Ex-stock articles are dispatched in 3–5 working days after payment clears. Made-to-order articles run 4–8 weeks, the crocodile leather jacket 6–10 weeks, and sourcing requests 2–6 weeks for the search plus delivery.
How is payment handled?
By bank transfer against a proforma invoice, or through our payment provider. We do not hold card or bank credentials ourselves. Deferred terms may be considered for accounts with an order history, after a credit check.
How do you deliver consignments?
Across the UK by courier or pallet depending on volume, and on export through a freight forwarder. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
What happens with faulty goods?
Check the consignment on arrival and report shortages or defects within 7 working days with photographs and the article numbers. Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced or credited, and we cover return carriage on those items.
